Splendid 200sqm apartment, completely renovated, in the heart of Genoa, a few meters from the Opera House, Palazzo Ducale, the Museums of Via Garibaldi World Heritage Site and Piazza De Ferrari. On foot you can reach all the sites of cultural and tourist interest in Genoa. Surrounded by Restaurants, Museums, Breweries, Fashion Shops, Minimarket, Metro and Bus stop.



The space

Beautiful bright living room furnished with style. Two bedrooms, one with a double and a single bed, and one with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. a mezzanine with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower. Thanks to the two sofa beds in the living room, it can accommodate up to 11 people.

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

Perfect location in a fantastic city

Beautiful, large apartment. Great bakery, supermarket and grocery store seconds away. Location could not be more central and vibrant so it’s hard to object to street noise in the early hours-that’s just the trade off. The weather was warm and humid. Since there’s no AC a couple of fans in the bedroom would have been welcome but all in all we loved the apartment and would stay again.
