Situated a few minutes walk from the main piazza, this hotel fitted the bill for our 2 night stay in Genoa. Room and bathroom very small but clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good - no hot food but plenty of pastries and cereals. Would definitely stay ahain

Good stay!

No common areas like traditional hotels, otherwise just like any hotel (you just have to ring the bell at front door to get in). Clean room, silent air conditioning in the room, friendly staff and a good breakfast. I would come again! Location is very good, near both Genova Brignole train station and Piazza de Ferrari, which is a plus.

Super friendly staff

We are so happy that we went here. The staff is super friendly. We came way earlier than check-in time and they gave us breakfast while preparing our rooms. The location is great and the rooms are nice. Would go here again :)

Ich habe selten so freundliche und kundenorientierte Mitarbeiter erlebt wie im Hotel Riva Superior in Genua! Schon bei der Ankunft wurde auf all meine Wünsche so herzlich eingegangen – ich hatte um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und konnte dort wunderbar schlafen. Als mir das Bett etwas zu hart war, wurde sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Alles war super sauber, die Lage perfekt und der historische Aufzug im Jugendstil ein echtes Highlight. Ein Hotel mit Herz – absolut empfehlenswert!

Très bien situé en centre ville. Pas de parking. Nous nous sommes garés au City Park et sommes allés à pied à l'hôtel en 10 minutes. Réception de l'hôtel au 1er étage. 3 hôtels communs. Chambres au 5eme étage. Très bon séjour pour 2 nuits.

Fantastisk flott Hotell 👌

Vi ble møtt av de hyggeligste folkene i resepsjonen når vi sjekket inn. De var der 24/7. Rommet var moderne og rent med en super aircondition. De ryddet og vaske hver dag om man ønsket det. Beliggenheten var mitt i smørøyet, alt var innenfor kort rekkevidde.

Great location of the hotel, 5 min walk to piazza de ferrari and lots of shopping. We parked our car in a parking lot also 5 min away walking. The hotel is on the fifth floor with a check in on the 2nd floor. We used gps, and had no issues finding it, though the sign on the building has a different name for the hotel but once you come to the door you can see that you're in a right place. The room was spacious and clean and well air conditioned. Would stay again.

Business stay great location

Was just for business and the room was nice and clean and fresh, jad what i needed with a continental breakfast too. Its in anothet hotel but found it easy enough. Only issue is the lift very old and have to shut the door, several times i was calling for it but people had not shut the door so it didnt move from where they got out. Air con was very good apart from the control meant it was tricky to set for the night/turned off automatically Location ideal for city and my offices

Comfort and Convenience

The Riva Superior is on the fifth floor accessible by elevator. It's part of another hotel in the same building. Other floors are for other businesses. There is a breakfast room on the fifth floor but this was not used and we used the main first floor instead. Breakfast was included and was great! Lots of options, coffee made fresh and great service, could be busy at times. Our room was nice and comfortable and the location is perfect for walking about Genoa, both for sightseeing and dining.
