Residenza Pellicceria – Rooftop Terrace in a Historic Palazzo dei Rolli

Experience Genoa from inside an authentic UNESCO-listed Palazzo dei Rolli and enjoy a private rooftop terrace overlooking the city—this is what makes Residenza Pellicceria truly special. Located in the heart of the historic center, this 90 sqm apartment welcomes up to 6 guests with 2 double bedrooms, a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, elevator, and a crib.

The large private terrace is the true highlight of the home—a rare find in the historic center—perfect for breakfast outdoors, relaxing after a day in the city, or simply admiring Genoa from above. The residence is set among the charming caruggi, directly opposite the National Gallery of Palazzo Spinola. Covered parking (autosilo) is available about 150 meters away for an extra fee.

From here, you can explore Genoa easily on foot: Via Garibaldi and its Palazzi dei Rolli, Palazzo Ducale with exhibitions and events, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, the Old Port, and the Aquarium. Nearby, discover historic shops and Ligurian flavors like focaccia and pesto.
