Wonderful hotel! My husband and I stayed at So & Leo's for two nights. The room was beautifully appointed and spacious. Adjoining bathroom had an excellent shower, plenty of towels and supplies. Coffee and biscuits available in the common area. Our hostess, Siminoa (So) was so gracious, friendly and fun. She allowed us to check-in early and to store our bags on the afternoon of our last day. Clean and spacious.

The property was lovely but the staff was another level. Everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant, the spa, and the door staff were all welcoming and accommodating. Simone and Jessica made our entire stay completely hassle free. The restaurant had great menu and the food was excellent. Highly recommend, I can’t wait to be back.

The property is immaculately clean. The property has an amazing view of the harbor. The host is very accommodating and very helpful. The property is very close to a lot of tourist attractions.

Very attractive and pleasant hotel, best sleep out of many days of travel. Immediate environment not the best but overall very good.

The apartment was spacious and clean. We were very impressed with the quiet windows, a/c, staff, room updates, toiletries and cleanliness. My only, only recommendation is to perhaps keep a wine opener and additional coffee pods at the coffee station. We messaged and owner and received more within minutes. They were great! Other then that, really wonderful and would definitely stay again!!

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was prepared for three people when we arrived, was clean and beautiful as well. Breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel is centrally located in Genova very close to the De Ferrari Plaza and metro station. The facilities are first class with an amazing floating staircase. Rooms are clean and well appointed, can be a little noisy at night since the adjacent streets are busy. Overall an excellent experience in beautiful Genova. We stayed for 5 nights in November.

Excellent. Small but very clean and new

I’ve stayed here while on business several times. To me, it’s worth the premium because the location is quieter (especially at night), the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and although the fitness center is small, it has a variety of new equipment.
