"We had a most enjoyable stay at the Astoria. The hotel was conveniently located for us close to the train station (Brignole) and a walkable distance to the old town. The staff were extremely accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend highly."

"This review is for the Hotel Continental’s sister hotel, Hotel Grand Savoia, as we were upgraded to that hotel before arriving in Genoa. Check-in was seamless, the room was very well appointed with a super comfortable bed, and service was top notch. We almost missed checkout and our noon train departure time due to sleeping two hours later than planned due to the comfort and darkness (blackout shades) of the hotel room. This hotel, as well as the Continental, are steps away from the main train terminal in Genoa, and an easy walk to the terminal. We would definitely stay again if traveling through Genoa."
