"Owners were amazing. When we booked our room it was not 'closed' by Hotels.com. It was, then double booked. The owners found us alternative accommodation nearby until they could offer us a room at La Citta Vecchia. They kept in touch with us throughout. Once we got to La Citta Vecchia we were really pleased. The B&B decor and furnishings fit perfectly with the surrounding area. As well as breakfast there was always juice, milk, tea, coffee, cake & biscuits available in the communal area which...

"Great location and very clean. Met at time of arrival by property manager and at check out. Only suggestion is regarding the parking. Google maps does not show the street to enter on. Perhaps a picture of where to turn in would be helpful or a statement if you reach the Submarine you went one street too far."

Incredible hotel

"Amazing location, clean and the staff are amazingly helpful and try to make your stay special. Everything was amazing but after we had checked out and one of us had forgotten our cell phone in the room, they did drive it over to the train station and that’s going above and beyond. I highly recommend Thai hotel. "

"Having paid for a room with the 3 twin bed option, we had to pay €35 upgrade to get the 3 beds! Then, as we were given our room key cards, they mentioned that they were having some plumbing problems… didn’t specify. I asked if this would be sorted out today… “yes, we expect so”. The next morning, the water was freezing… we had to shower in that! It’s a 4* hotel… surely, there should be some sort of refund? Otherwise, the room was great!"
