"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. "It was such a convenient place to stay. It was absolutely in the middle of everything. We had such a large room with a big sitting area. The property owner was very helpful with all of the details that were given prior to us getting there and was available if we had any questions."

"Super nice little boutique hôtel. Staff was friendly but bring your mosquito repellent with you. Got attacked at 1:30 am by a group of them and tried to reach out to the front desk/gm the whole night without success unfortunately. No AC so very hot if you keep the windows closed. The place has good potential just not there yet. "
