The fan in the room was super noisy - no way - place or opportunity to report. 2 security guards at lobby who ask us to send an email to connect, unlike in hotel where one can call the reception or housekeeping."

"The complaint I have is that reception desk is not attached to the building. You have to go outside where there is no cover to get to the reception desk. This makes it extremely inconvenient when it is downpouring rain as you get completely soaked.
