The cottage has everything you need and more to make beautiful memories rest relax and enjoy time with your loved ones.Whether it is the view looking out the kitchen window while making dinner, relaxing on the patio, having your morning coffee sitting on the chairs of the dock after having a wonderful night's sleepin the most comfortable bed, or just relaxing in the hot tub after a day of sightseeing or boating you will not be disappointed with the beauty and charm of this place. "Great property with an amazing view of the ocean. Very clean and had everything that was needed for our stay. TV had a firestick which can access movies, series and regular tv. Host was very responsive and checked in with us regularly. Very quiet area if relaxation is needed. We loved our stay and hope to return!"

"The house was adorable, very comfortable, really cozy and we felt like we were really staying in our own home. It overlooked the bay had great views. Well stock kitchen, comfortable beds, great lawn and really friendly for our dog Luna-- The location was easy to find and easy to get to local beaches and the town of guysboro to listen to music. Plus it was so quiet we could sit on the screen and porch or sit in the garden and just gaze and be very peaceful -- We were especially grateful to the host who handled a minor emergency quickly easily and they made it simple and not a bother at all"

"The house is located in a quaint and picturesque community off the beaten path. There is a lovely ocean breeze that cools the house down in the evening (if you are concerned about no air conditioning). We did not struggle to sleep in the evenings. The host is amiable and visited us as we were checking out. I mentioned that there was no coffee (only tea) and that there was no laundry detergent (to go along with the washer and the coffee maker). I grew up in the area, so I was able to find these items, but he thanked me for updating him and assured me this is something he would address.This was minor because the rest of the amenities were excellent. The beach is great for an evening stroll and there is ample sea glass for the beach combers out there. Overall, we loved our stay at the Fisherman's rest house. "
