Great Location, beautiful home on the water,beach, pool and top amenities

"This house was so wonderful and relaxing! We sat by the pool, enjoyed the beach and used all of the water toys; kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear. The house is lovely and perfect for what we were looking for. It is very clean and well stocked with just about EVERYTHING you need while you’re there. Our family of 5 (2 adults & kids ages 22-24)fit in the house perfectly, with everyone having a bedroom and a space of their own. There were a lot of outdoor areas for everyone to relax and explore. I love to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Jack was a great host and full of information. He was so helpful. We’ll definitely be back again. The whole island is so friendly."

"Our group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids (ages 7, 9, & 11) had a lovely time in paradise! The property was just as described & the kitchen had plenty of tools & gadgets. We especially loved the fancy Ninja blender for smoothies & frozen fruity beverages. The house was stocked with 2 large bags of ice for our group & there was a small countertop ice maker. We also appreciated the water dispenser, and it was easy to get extra refill jugs of water delivered once I messaged the property manager, Tina. Communication with her was easy & she was also helpful in scheduling a dinner reservation for us on Sunday when we first arrived.We took full advantage of the kayaks! We saw sea turtles swimming right behind the house almost every day. My husband went snorkeling not far from the property & found several beautiful conch! We found a little cay that had several sea turtles & a lemon shark!The pool was great & the kids swam every single day. We appreciated the life vests & pool toys/floats. The beds were all comfortable & had nice mattress toppers. The AC worked well & we only lost power one night for a few hours. The Generac generator didn’t come on, but I messaged Tina who was going to have someone come check on it. The only thing I could recommend is getting another kayak paddle. There are 2 paddles & a SUP paddle. 2 single rider kayaks & a 2-seater kayak. So, we borrowed a kayak paddle from the owner of the property next door. 100% recommend scheduling a boat tour!"

"Michael & Roseann are the most incredible hosts. They texted us in the mornings to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Right after we made our reservation we felt like family. The Villa was impeccable. Any amenity you might need was provided for, although we wish there was a smaller cooler available for beach trips but atleast having one there was nice. Worked out well when out driving the island and picking up cold goods at Smitty's Grocery. Wish we could've met Cleo but we were always on the go. She was a pleasure to deal with using WhatsApp and delivering to us our preorder from Exuma Market.We can't wait to return in the future!"
