Being so close to the water, the ocean sound would lull you to sleep at night; it was that close. When we weren't in the water, we spent most of our time relaxing on the balcony and the beach. The complex was wonderfully quiet despite being so close to everything. Local gems like the pub & steak house 'Fidels', the great cafe...

"We had a great time here at Joes place! The condo has a gorgeous oceanfront view and the beach is well taken care of as well as the pool and swim up bar. I will say that it is recommended to rent a car as the resort that used to be Margaritaville is abandoned (bought by the Hyatt to be opened in 2028) so there isn’t a convenience store near by, so you will need a taxi or a rented car to get around. We had a great time and will definitely come back!"
