LARGE 4 Bed/4Bath BEACHFRONT APARTMENT SLEEPS 8 and directly on HOOPERS BAY

Be our guests and enjoy our 4 double (or triple ) bedroom/ 4 bath/shower room of the entire upper floor of Sandy Palms which sleeps up to 9 guests. With the high cathedral ceilings, our beachfront property it is ideal for spacious family gatherings like Thanksgiving, Christmas/ New Year, Easter etc or special occasions.
In addition for even larger groups, we offer our other, adjoined 2 room apartment on the Ground Floor with a Twin/King bedroom and Queen bed in the other room together with 2 shower rooms. See our other listing #3718460 for more details.
This makes a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 shower /bath rooms sleeping a total of 12 guests.
The spacious accommodation enjoys wonderful beach and sea views of Hoopers Bay which is regarded as the best beach to stay on in Exuma. Guests have said "WOW what a beach!!" when they first step onto the soft white sand of the half mile long beach which is only seconds from the property and through our palm filled garden to the sea.

Sandy Palms is quietly located down its own tree lined drive and not disturbed by other properties. It is only 12 minutes from the international airport and 6 minutes from the capital, George Town whilst a good range of local shops are within a 5 minute flat easy walk.
Two of the upper 4 bedrooms with King & Queen sized beds are sea facing with large sliding glass doors leading to the spacious sundeck with tables and chairs for meals or relaxing and enjoying the sea views stretching all the way along the island and in summer offers marvelous sunsets.
The two other bedrooms are garden facing and one can be either 2 x twins or triples or king, with the other being a Queen and this gives a wide degree of flexibility for groups of families or friends traveling together but who want to enjoy space and privacy.
The Great Room, which runs the length of the building, directly connects all the bedrooms (see a floor plan on the photos page) and has a dining area seating 9, the fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) a study area and lounge which leads to the spacious sundeck. There is also a washer and dryer laundry facility in a separate room in the upper floor. Beside flat screen TV + DVD player there is high speed fiber optic Wifi for working, playing games or watching videos.
Outside, from the sundeck, a large staircase leads down into our palm filled garden which extends to the beach where we have loungers, tables and chairs and kayaks for our guests as well as a selection of beach toys and games. We also provide FREE kayaks for our guests to enjoy exploring the calm and safe Hoopers Bay or paddle with our resident GREEN TURTLES! Also guests can enjoy a rental power boat delivered directly in front of the property and available to use whenever they want to explore offshore cays, go fishing or snorkeling without the need to each day collect and return it to George Town. Ask us for details.
