I actually want to give 0 stars for this since we never got a chance to stay despite already paying! We booked this so-called luxury house for a wedding party in town but the host never gave check in details and never replied any messages even after check in time has passed. I had to book a different accommodation at the last minute and until now have not heard back about my refund. The VRBO customer service was trying to be helpful but they clearly have very poor policies that favor the host since they couldn’t help at all and could not even guarantee a refund after failing to reach the host as well. My first time booking with VRBO so I am quite traumatised from this experience.
