Misses: Lack outdoor space for exercising. Room corridor is narrow & has a weird stale odor. Canapés at Club M was disappointing. The chefs at Club M should be more engaging with guests. They looked rather hostile! Hits: Adam Hafiz the Senior Duty Manager was excellent. Monica & the Room Reservations team exceeded expectations & prompt in their responses. Keep up the good work. Club M service staff were awesome!

Great and personalised service. My parents enjoyed their stay. The hotel messed up a bit with their pick up service but then recovered the experience extremely well. Strongly recommend. Hotel staff such as Ummi, Maiyuri and many others made it a pleasant stay.

Feel very welcomed. Awesome staffs from front desk to breakfast room to housekeeping. TV and the kettle didn’t work on first night and they sent electrician the next morning to get it fixed. They also gave us a plate of fruits for our trouble. Small gestures but made us felt valued. Room was very nice, bed and pillows so comfortable and shower was wonderful. The gym was slightly underwhelming thought it would have more equipments. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices. Slightly disappointed with the location. I imagined it to be right in town with lots of shops and eating places but Gurney Drive was not what I remembered fifty years ago!!! Probably better off staying in the heritage area of George Town. But it is fairly easy to get Grab and reasonably priced too. Dont go to Bali Seafood nearby, it is expensive and mediocre, I don’t understand how it get Michelin award at all!!!

Extremely glad that we chose this hotel on this trip to Penang. Room was very nice clean and with lovely sea view. All the staff especially at the club were extremely nice, warm, helpful and very friendly thus made our stay welcoming. There is one staff in particular that stands out is Mr Samson from the club lounge. Thank you. Breakfast and cocktail food and drinks were very good clean and very well presented.
