"Our stay was great. The cottage was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We are new to VRBO, so maybe we missed the option to say we were bringing and pay a pet fee. That part was worked out easily with our host so it ended up not being a problem."

"This is a must stay! Great spot located next to a lovely restaurant and Main St. Parking is great and the beds are probably the comfiest I’ve had anywhere outside of my home! The only negative was that it is a tight squeeze to get to the loft space but that’s part of the charm. We would most definitely stay again."

"My daughter and I stayed here while we attended an event at the Kentucky Horse Park. It is conveniently located and in a beautiful setting surrounded by horses and green paddocks. John and Debbie are very friendly and helpful. Was lovely to see all the fouls that were born in the weeks before we got there."

"Amazing and relaxing stay! Place was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Bunnies and horses greeted us as we arrived and throughout our stay. Keyless entry was convenient and owner was communicative and friendly. Even though I would recommend this place, I would say one downside is the location of the property. I have motion sickness and the drive to and from the location included lots of windy back roads for 20+ minutes which made me sick. Additionally, the closest convenience store is 15...

"Location was quiet and peaceful. Floors very uneven in house throughout. Shower small and tight. Light switches were difficult to figure out what worked what and where! Light switch in one bedroom worked lights in one other bedroom. Kitchen ceiling light switch was not found at all. Gas grill had not been cleaned so we did not use it. Steep bank down to dock, difficult to navigate even with rocks they had placed as walk way. Just disappointed as the location was so serene."

"The house was very cute and comfortable. We had the basics as needed in the apartment. The beds and linen made for a good night sleep. Having 2 full bathrooms was great. The drive from Lexington was so scenic. Definitely check out Wallace Station Deli right down the road. I would recommend this place to others traveling to the area."

"The house is charming, extremely clean and comfy. The linens and access to helpful kitchen items is a bonus. The ease of booking and gaining access waa seamless. The only little thing was that the sofa bed was in the same room with queen bed. We didnt need to use it but if our other guest had joined the trip it would have been difficult. The king and queen beds are very comfy. "

"We were in the area to visit the bourbon trail. Loved the location as close to Frankfort and distilleries. The cabins were beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. We enjoyed the firepit in the evening and it was wonderful."

The house was everything we were looking for close to Lexington but also in a quiet place were we could relax in the evening. The house was super clean and the check in process was very easy. It was easy to find right off the highway. The host was fantastic for any changes that needed to be made and communicating everything. Would definitely stay again."

"Great loft apartment. It was furnished really nicely and was very comfortable. The neighborhood was great with some nice restaurants within walking distance. Just a heads up that its on the 3rd floor and only accessible by stairs."
