"Even without a pool, our stay this past weekend was absolutely wonderful. It started with sitting outside at the courtyard/bar area and listening to music. The boutique hotel's decor is exceptional, the restaurant's food was enjoyed by my party of eight, and the room was most comfortable. I would definitely return."

"Very clean, easy to park. Breakfast was really weak. They do take advantage of travelers with weekend rates, but it is a tourist area."

"Excellent location for walking downtown and through the historic neighborhood. Rooms are clean and comfortable."

"Our room was not very clean. You could see cobwebs in the corners. The toilet did not flush properly and the shades could not be brought up because the string was broken. The room needed updating. In general, the property was not well maintained. Bathroom towels were placed outside of rooms by some guests but were not picked up by staff. At breakfast, some of the outdoor tables still had to be bussed from previous night. The view was spectacular but the place needs to improve!"

"Our Seaside Suite was beautiful and looked like it came straight out of an upscale beach magazine. The pool was great for our 8 year old son and just a quick 2 min drive to beach on property was great. Really nice pickleball courts, restaurants and ice cream shop. Food Lion is right across the street which was perfect for beating the crowds. We travel monthly and are looking forward to returning to Litchfield Properties."
