"My elderly mother and I stayed here and we needed a walk in shower for her. Originally, they had reserved an “accessible” room for us with a bathtub and although they were mostly full, the front desk clerk did a great job in shuffling rooms not yet taken to get us the walk in shower we needed for my mother. The staff was excellent, room next to elevator, very clean and quiet and although they offered breakfast, we didn’t get up in time to enjoy it."

"I had a poor experience. TV didn't work. Stayed there for 4 days and it was never fixed. I wasn't sent to another room. No discount and no apolgy during and after checkout. Some walls in the room had holes in them. Carpet had permanent stain. They would often run out of some breakfast items before the stipulated 9 am. Avoid if you're looking for a satisfactory experience. Only consider here when on a budget but please manage your expectations. "
