"It rained the entire time of our stay and there were a few leaks in the Yurt fabric. Enough so that all of our belongings that had been sitting on the floor were soaking wet the next day and sitting in a puddle of standing water. The exterior shower had no accessible water. The yurt comes stocked with all sorts of usable items but not a single working battery. BYOB Inside of the yurt the floor was pretty dirty. "We had a great time during our visit. There are nearby lakes and trails to enjoy. There were lots of people there, so if you're looking to be away from people this place may not be a good choice. Our neighbors were super friendly, so we didn't mind it to much. The tents are a lot closer than I thought when I booked. We could here everything going on in the tent next to ours. "Great stay at river mountain lodge . Our room faced the stream. We would keep the door slightly open to listen to the rushing water. It was relaxing. We didn’t use any amenities at the property but there was coffee and tea in lobby which we took advantage of. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Easy walk to restaurants and stores. Not sure about skiing set up,as we were there in fall. "
