"Arriving to the hotel from the airport with a crazy driver, the impression just before we got there wasn't great. But as soon as we stepped into the hotel, things were so different and great. The staff, Luka and Guantsa, in particular were very friendly and helpful. So was Ani in the steakhouse. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We liked the hotel and the people working there. We recommend it highly."
