Only issue was we didn't receive an email from the hotel or expedia with check in access codes for checking in, room, and parking. WE were able to call the hotel day of and get access codes for check in and room, but she couldn't find her access code until she got in room after parking."

"The room was clean and the staff members worked well together and they are extraordinary to customers and dealing with unexpected events. They worked really long hours (which is sort of crazy) but I don't know the details. Even with long hours the staff members were excellent from the moment we checked in until be left. Stay was from 27-29 March. We rented a jacuzzi room."
