Host had great communication and quick responses to any messages, questions, concerns I had.The house was not cleaned fully when we walked in, but we looked past it. But definitely not worth the 350 cleaning fee. We were there once the pool was already closed for the season, so the kids were looking forward to the theater movie option... which didnt go well, there were no remotes or instructions for the projector, i had to go out to the store to buy a cable to be able to plug my phone into. We got it all set up and then realize there was a burn mark in the projector bulb. So there was a big brown mark that took most of the screen up.So we were unable to watch any movies or shows.So that was disappointing. I brought it to the host's attention and took pictures for them. So hopefully they fix that for the next guest. The house space worked out great for the 3 families to stay while we were in town for a hockey tournament.Kitchen had good working space., there are 5 bedrooms, which were good sizes. The beds were not overly comfortable, but we managed.The kitchen was well stocked, but there was no dish towel, and bathrooms were good but there were no hand towels, so I went out and purchased those items for us.I would stay at this house again as the house space was perfect for what we needed. But i would definitely inquire to make sure these thing's have been addressed.
