Das Zimmer musste dreimal gewechselt werden, bis man ein Zimmer bekam ohne fremde Haare vom vorherigen Gast an der Bettwäsche sowie im Bad. Es wurde in dem 2wöchigen Aufenthalt nicht einmal das Zimmer gereinigt.

Die Zimmer sind toll,super modern und sauber. Das Service Personal ist super nett und das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Fruhstücksraum ist schön groß,sodass man hier auch seine Privatsphäre genießen kann. Das Hotel liegt im arabischen Viertel von Gera,deshalb gibt es hier Punktabzug. Es gibt einen Hoteleigenen Parkplatz,der pro Nacht nur 5€ kostet....

Die Unterkunft ist ganz gut, Abstriche gibt es nur für die Lage. Direkt gegenüber gab es bis in die Nacht laute Musik. Hervorzuheben ist die Klimaanlage, die man auf das Grad genau einstellen kann. Je nach Lage entweder Aussicht auf die Straße oder auf den Parkplatz. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Eingang.

Ich war nur eine Nacht im B&B, und habe sehr gut geruht. Einziger ganz kleiner Minuspunkt: außer dem KIKA war kein einziges MDR-Programm im Zimmerfernseher aufrufbar.

Sehr nette Bedienung, angenehme Atmosphäre, gutes Frühstück, auch für Diabetiker geeignet. Im Zimmer gab es einen Tisch mit Sitzhockern. Sauberes Bad. Was mir nicht gefallen hat war die farbliche Arrangierung, dunkle Decke, sehr viel Grau und Dunkelblau, Beleuchtung nir von der Seite - die Decke "fällt auf den Kopf".

Zimmer war gut und dem Hotelstandard entsprechend. Zimmer ging zur Straße und war dementsprechend belebt, aber später in der Nacht doch überraschend ruhig.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt von der Möblierung, Ausstattung,etc. zweckmäßig. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut. Allerdings fehlt die gut sichtbare Ausschilderung/Beleuchtung und die sichtbare und möglichst beleuchtete Hausnummer Schülerstr.22. Der Parkplatz BB-Hotel in der Nebenstraße ist verwirrend mit BB-Logo beleuchtet. Die Kommunikation am Anreisetag wird erschwert, weil die Rezeption bei Anrufen erst reagiert, wenn man per E-Mail um Rückruf bittet. Das automatisierte Anmelden bei Spätanreise ist umständlich und die Notrufnummer ist nicht markant und deutlich sichtbar. Rezeption kann morgens den kurzen direkten Weg von 250 Metern zum Südbahnhof der DB nicht kurz erläutern, gibt eine Stadtplankopie und empfiehlt unnötiger Weise die Straßenbahn! Im Zimmer fehlt die Anleitung zur Bedienung der Heizung. Zeitungen fehlen, auch Kosmetiktücher. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist eher schwach. Hier bieten sich gute Chancen, die Atmosphäre zu verbessern. Wie ich von Gästen hörte, empfiehlt die Hotelleitung, die Zentrale zu kontaktieren, statt sich selbst verantwortlich zu fühlen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Freundliche Rezeption, Zimmer super, alles hat gut geklappt. Nur frühstücken war nicht möglich. Aber nicht weit entfernt gab es eine Bäckerei mit Frühstücksmöglichkeit.
