"I would like to have given a higher rating, however there were several issues. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower drain was clogged. Luckily I was only having a one night stay, but it would have been annoying if I was staying longer. I purchased a breakfast ticket and the morning I was going to use the voucher, the breakfast bar did not open for almost over half an hour. I eventually left and had breakfast elsewhere. The staff I brought this concern to exhibited a less than friendly attitude and seemed bothered that I was bringing up my conerns. "

"Nice hotel within walking distance of bars, resturants and shopping. Go to breakfast before 9, when we gor there most things were out including the juices, oatmeal, forks, plates. What we did get was good."

"Our 2nd stay at this location. Room was clean and comfortable, the check in was fast and easy. Only issue was during the complimentary happy hour one of the staff that took our order said it was only good for one drink on the menu. No other choices. He/she/they/them then made a smart @ss comment saying that “it’s the only choice- get over it—-it’s free”. Being a bit intoxicated already I wasn’t in the mood to complain but the comment was not necessary. So if I wasn’t so intoxicated it likely wouldn’t have been pretty—- so despite the staff member being a dooshBag our stay was pretty amazing."
