The hotel offers a very good price/quality ratio. The breakfast hall is small but the buffet has a good selection for 12€ per person. The restaurant is also quite good. The staff are friendly and mostly speak English. The location is right next to a big parking which offers free overnight parking. The hotel is across the street from the free shuttle bus to the ski slopes. There is a ski equipment rental shop across the street and a laundromat where you can dry your ski clothes for 1€. The hotel is very close to the main street where there are many restaurants. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit dated and there is no elevator.

Par contre le bruit de la rue catastrophique surtout les personnes qui sortent du café et ne respectent pas la tranquillité des résidents et ce très tard dans la nuit. Séjour de 2 nuits. Couple accompagné de 2 petits chiens. Un accueil chaleureux. Du personnel à l ecoute et souriant 😃. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l hôtel le soir et avons été agréablement surpris par la fraîcheur des produits. Nous avons passé un bon moment. petit déjeuner complet pour plaire à tout le monde 🙃 encore désolée pour mon chien qui a sali le drap , c'est la première fois que cela nous arrive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir une prochaine fois tant nous avons apprécié l équipe

Pour une nuit à Gérardmer hôtel très bien placé juste devant un très grand parking pour se garer très proche du lac lui-même le seul manque que l'on peut noter c'est la clim car ces derniers jours il a fait chaud et dans la chambre il a fait aussi très chaud. Petit déjeuner parfait. Chambre propre literie agréable. Petite odeur dans le couloir mais pas dans les chambres.

L’hôtel est bien situé, mais mériterait un bon lifting. Peut-être que le look vieillot est un style vosgien, mais cela ne nous correspondait pas. Le petit déjeuner était classique, sans plus. Un peu déçue.
