Un séjour très agréable

Hôtel bien situé pour aller visiter les lacs de Gerardmer et Xonrupt. Le soir, délassement dans le SPA. Le restaurant est remarquable. L' intérieur de l'hôtel est charmant: atmosphère chalet.

Très décevant !

Chambre assez petite, donnant sur la route et le parking, mal insonorisée et ne correspondant pas aux photos. Salle de bain sans baignoire. Deux petits matelas 1 pers réunis alors que nous devions avoir un très grand lit (pas confortable). Télécommande de la TV qui ne fonctionne pas et qui n'est pas réparée alors que la demande a été faite à la réception. Installations assez vieillissantes de manière générale et le côté très "cheap" de la déco et des peintures, surtout dans les couloirs menant aux chambres (mais cela reste un point de vue uniquement personnel, donc subjectif). Petits-déjeuners très bons, mais réellement bcp trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. Personnel globalement poli, mais pas chaleureux. Heureusement, quelques personnes étaient beaucoup plus sympathiques. Souvent la sensation de gêner, qu'il faut se dépêcher (repas notamment). Pesant… Le comportement de certaines personnes à la réception a été inadmissible. Très éloigné des prestations et du standing d'un Relais & Châteaux. On se demande même comment la marque a pu garder un tel établissement dans ses partenaires.

Bel hôtel plein de charme

Bel hôtel, bon accueil et très bonne table. En revanche, le départ de la chambre est exigé pour 11h, ce qui est beaucoup trop tôt pour un hôtel de ce standing, en particulier quand le petit-déjeuner est accessible jusqu'à 10h. En pratique, nous avons pu quitter un peu plus tard mais ce n'est pas normal de "quémander" cela vu le prix de la chambre.

Bel hôtel sur les hauteurs de Gérardmer mais trop cher

Cet Hôtel est très select mais est tout de même surfait et ne vaut pas le prix que l'on paie. Les chambres standards sont petites. La piscine couverte est petite mais agréable avec jaccuzzi, hammam et sauna. Par contre le petit déjeuner est cher, 22 euros par personne. Pour ma fille de 4 ans, j'ai dû payer son petit déj 11 euros !! Ce n'est vraiment pas très commerçant vu ce qu'un enfant de 4 ans mange ! Au final cet hôtel était bien mais sans plus. Je ne pense pas que nous y retournerions.
