"4 dĂ­as antes de salir, recibo un mensaje del dueño, al que todavĂ­a no hemos visto, diciendo que le ha fallado el servicio de limpieza y que si podĂ­amos limpiarla nosotros por 95 € (dinero que me ha costado varios correos y 2 semanas recibir). Lo cierto es que cuando llegamos, la casa estaba deficientemente limpiada, por lo que nos quedĂł la sensaciĂłn de que es una prĂĄctica habitual. Malgré le froid extérieur il faisait trÚs bon dÚs notre arrivée, et la récupération des clés a été trÚs simple malgré notre arrivée plus tard que prévu. Merci!"

"Chalet exceptionnel pour un moment inoubliable ! Karin et Bruno ont Ă©tĂ© disponibles et nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, merci. Nous avons passĂ© un moment fabuleux oĂč tout s’arrĂȘte, entourĂ©s par la nature, le silence. Le bain nordique est dĂ©licieux et la vue magnifique. Le chalet est trĂšs confortable et j’ai adorĂ© la cheminĂ©e, le poĂȘle et sans parler de cette splendide chambre.Un moment magique

"La petite grange est un lieu charmant. Tout est bien agence, il ne manque rien....L'hote Bruno a Ă©tĂ© tres agreable. En revanche une erreur a du se glisser ds la gestion du site. A aucun moment ns n'avons eu la possibilitĂ© d'un Ă©change avec l'hote avant notre arrivĂ©e. Donc aucun moyen de le contacter pour connaĂźtre le code de la boĂźte a clĂ©. Ns avons du passer par le numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone d'abritel. L'hote lui mĂȘme n'avait pas de trace de notre venue !! Heureusement que le gite Ă©tait libre !!!!!! "

"Nous avons Ă©tĂ© satisfait du chalet au niveau de sa conception, de la noblesses des matĂ©riaux et de sa vue imprenable sur les montagnes mais... À notre arrivĂ©e, nous constatons que le mĂ©nage n'a pas Ă©tĂ© fait. Cela enlĂšve l'aspect "qualitĂ© de service haut de gamme". Une belle vue peut ĂȘtre gĂąchĂ©e par des vitres sales ! Un SPA pas clean enlĂšve une partie de son aspect bien-ĂȘtre et santĂ©. Du coup, nous avons Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© de faire le mĂ©nage le jour de notre arrivĂ©e. Dommage... En rĂ©sumĂ©, nous sommes...

"We had a great stay here in June 2018. Three of us used the place as a base for our cycling trips. It had recently been refurbished and you could tell it must have cost quite a bit - new appliances and generally very well equipped. It lacked some basics though - tea towels, bowls and jugs to use in the microwave etc, oven gloves and some more cleaning products. The bathroom had a washing machine and tumble drier which was great, but the shower head needed to be hand held, but that wasn't a big...

"Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was an excellent selection of items with some hot options too. Car park was large and had very easy access. Walk into town took about 6 mins and not too steep at all really. Delightful stay!"
