"The hotel and staff were awesome. The only negative thing (complaint) I have is that for myself and my elderly mother-in-law, the walk from the train station to the pickup point at terminal 1 was rather strenuous with the luggage we had. The hike from the drop-off at the hotel parking garage to the hotel itself was again strenuous for us. But this was not the fault of the hotel and/or shuttle. They were all extremely accommodating. Will definitely use again, but with lighter luggage 😁."

"Nice modern hotel with comfortable beds. Seems to be that nobody told me that room cleaning was by request only- I didn’t see any pre-notification about this nor was I warned at check-in - poor show when you come home from a day out and your wet towels are still on the bathroom floor from morning and the beds are not made. I also notice that hotels.com list airport shuttle as one of the amenities available - but that is just not true, although terminal 2 at the airport is a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast had most things you would need to start your day, the waffles in particular are really tasty."

"The hotel was great, the shuttle from the airport was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this if you have a flight the next day like I did and don’t want to deal with a taxi or a further hotel. It was very clean, the food was great, and the staff were very helpful."
