"This was a unique stay that we enjoyed. The castle is still a work in progress so there is construction on the outside going on, but the price for a unique stay was good. We had a lovely room with water, monster drinks (that was different) fruit and treats provided. The bathroom is outside of the room. Das wurde uns freundlich bejaht und sogar Kindbett und Hochstuhl angeboten. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation. "The hotel is reasonably well situated for the old town, about a 20 minute walk. The train station is very near, under 10 minutes. The breakfast has a good selection to choose from but is quite expensive for someone who like me only wants a coffee and a slice of toast. The weather was extremely hot when we were there and the room’s air conditioning struggled to keep the room below 24C. The bar is spacious and well stocked and the staff friendly and knowledgeable."

"When you first walk in the doors it’s striking how this place is so stuck in the 80’s, and the walkway to the other wing is just… strange. But after being here for a short while you realize how well built and cared for the property is. Spacious rooms, very clean and very friendly staff. Short distance to the train station (just 2 stops from Berliner Platz across the street to Stuttgart hbf), but because the main train station is in a perpetual state of construction leave some time to walk in between."

"Wonderful stay at the park inn hotel. Located in the heart of alexanderplatz offers panoramic views of the city, rivaling the views on offer from the nearby Fernsehturm. All other areas of berlin are easily accessible as U&S Bahn as well the tram are all just a stones throw away. Booked a standard room, it was mid-size, clean and tidy, had coffee making facilities, complimentary bottle of sparkling water.. However my only little minor criticism of the room was the lack of wardrobe space. On site gym and solarium available. The gym was free to use however the solarium cost an extra five euro. Variety of options available at breakfast from healthy to sweet and savoury items. Breakfast was not included in the booking price but worth the extra cost. Staff were friendly and efficient. I was able to check in early into my room, just before 2pm. I will look to book this place again the next time I need to go to berlin 10/10"
