"The Staff was very helpful, friendly, and quite knowledgeable about the city. If I asked a question they would not talk over me until I was finished with my question. The maturity level and the warm polite attitudes were impressive. The breakfast buffet was a daily treat. The clean and warm atmosphere of the hotel and it's employees made my stay a wonderful experience. I will be back next year and my first choice will be this hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Positives: Great location, parking in the back of the hotel, ping pong tables on main floor which was fun (it was like 5 euros for 30 min or so), mini fridge in the hotel room, loved the family room with the bunk beds- lots of space. The bed wasn't super comfortable but wasn't terrible either, and it was frustrating checking in... they have two banks of elevators and eventhough we checked in with a real person (they have check-in with ipads which I don't love), they didn't explain that to us, so we ended up taking a while to figure out the elevator situation."

"Top class hotel. Reception staff of the highest caliber - professional, courteous and helpful. Exceptionally clean, common areas as well as rooms. The rooms are modern, spacious and seemingly soundproofed making for a good night's sleep (never heard air traffic throughout the night despite FRA being one of the world's busiest airports). The breakfast buffet is superb - huge selection including gluten free and vegan options. Second time staying here in transit. Highly recommend it. Certainly intend to stay here again next my travels take me through FRA."

"Hotel location was perfect, walkable to many locations and public transport. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only criticism was how warm the room was, they don't have proper air-con so very limited in trying to cool the room down - if we were staying in the summer this would have been a real issue."

"All staff had been very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast staff and food especially fantastic, very nice teamwork creating a very pleasant start to the day. Location could not be better with all transport links across or along the road. As main train station are in big cities not the cleanest surroundings but safe and I would stay there again and recommend his hotel - I travelled alone and stayed 4 days."
