Discover this charming apartment with spacious terraces and breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore and the mountains. Located on the first and last floor of a building with only three residential units, this delightful accommodation offers a private entrance to ensure maximum privacy.
The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets on all windows and French doors, and comprises a spacious double bedroom, two rooms with bunk beds, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with showers.
The three large terraces provide a wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The main terrace, about 50 sqm, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy outdoor meals, offering a spectacular view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains.
At the back, another terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or simply relaxing.
Outside, you will find a private and fully fenced area adjacent to the property, which offers ample space to comfortably park two cars.
The accommodation is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Germignaga and enjoys a particularly pleasant summer climate. Just a 10-minute walk away, you can reach the town center, where you will find "Il Boschetto" park and "Le Fontanelle" equipped beach, ideal for relaxing family days. Other beaches are easily accessible along the road towards Castelveccana and Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca.
A 20-minute walk will take you to Luino, famous for its weekly Wednesday market, one of the largest and most renowned in Lombardy.
Near the accommodation, you can also undertake scenic hikes and visit the historic Cadorna Line, dating back to World War I and well-preserved.
The apartment is strategically located as a starting point for visiting places such as Lugano, Locarno, Bellinzona, the islands of Lake Maggiore, Milan (accessible via the Luino railway station), Como, and other tourist destinations.
Malpensa Airport is about 50 minutes away by car.
