Das Hotel ist sauber und die Zimmer sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption leider nicht sehr kompetent... Leider haben wir nicht einmal Frühstück bekommen, obwohl dies auf der Homepage so beschrieben wurde. Wir waren bereits in vielen Hotels, aber ein Hotel ohne Frühstück gab es jedoch noch nie. Das Hotel wurde für die Gäste einer Hochzeit gebucht. Können wir leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

Dafür, dass das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, war es sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Leider war die Empfangsdame an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich. Wir waren mit insgesamt 4 Paaren und 2 Kindern dort und sie war zu uns allen äußerst unfreundlich/genervt.

Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Aber das Verhältnis Preis/Leistung ist nicht OK, da das Hotel dringend eine Renovierung/Modernisierung (z.B. ein Airconditioning) braucht.

Preiswertes Hotel nahe der Altstadt Gernsbach.

Die Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand obwohl die Ausstattung langsam in die Jahre kommt. Das Hotel ist aus den 80er Jahren und hätte demnächst mal eine Generalüberholung nötig. Freundlicher Service und gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältniss.

wir werden in Zukunft diese Unterkunft meiden,wir sind nicht verwöhnt - schlafen jedoch öfter in Hotelbetten wie in dem Eigenen , das sollte ein Urteil zulassen , nehmen wir eben ein Wohnmobil oder Zelt etc . wenn dieses Hotel keine fahrenden Handwerksburschen in seinen Räumen mag sollten sie das Kundtun , mfg : H. Gernsbach

Stopped for 2 nights on the way back from Croatia. Gernsbach is pretty and quiet. Not much to do but hotel gave us a free voucher for tram/bus travel. We went into Baden-Baden which is well worth a visit. Hotel was excellent.

Nachts war es zeimlich laut, weil das Hotel an der Straßenbahn liegt. Die Schranke am Straßenübergang hat man vor allem nachts sehr gut gehört.

Rigtig hyggeligt hotel 7 km fra Baden Baden. Lidt ældre men meget pænt og rent. God service, nemme parkerings forhold. Fine store værelser med flot udsigt. Kan absolut anbefales...

We used Gernsbach as a base to drive around the Black Forest. Lovely old town area with good variety of cafes, bars and restaurants....all within easy walking distance of the hotel. there's a great Thai restaurant alongside the river, on the same side of the river as the hotel. Opposite the Thai restaurant on the other side of the river is a delightful beer garden attached to The Joker restaurant.

I keep it short and simple: 1. No Air CO ! 2. WIFI vey bad 3. Staff does not speak English 4. Cleaner will knock on the door in the morning and if you don't respond she just comes in using her own key. No ''Do not disturb Board'' provided 5. Smelly lift

Great hotel with a few issues

Unusual layout as reception is on the top floor. Looks to be an old apartment block turned into a hotel. They staff were excellent, very helpful and breakfast selection was huge. The only issue we had was the lack of air con. We visited when it was very hot and had yo leave the patio door open, as a result we had all the traffic noise and the local clock boinging every hour all through the night
