"This was the best hostel I’ve stayed in. VERY quiet for a hostel and they make guests understand to behave that way in a respectful manner. It’s about as close as you can get to the old town and the common highlights of the city. I was very happy with my stay and I’d happily stay here again if I were to come back to Takayama!"

"The hotel is extremely convenient for those who are taking the train in and out of Takayama. Lots of restaurant and cafes within a 10 minute walk, and convenient to both the morning markets. We enjoyed the private onsen as well. The rooms were clean and spacious."
