Ergänzt wird das alles durch einen sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferientage und auch die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern funktionierte bestens. "Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft und vor allem die Ruhe, das kühle Klima, den Kamin und den schönen Garten genossen. Von der Terrasse kann man das Meer und die Fähre nach Rügen sehen, diese war allerdings wegen Reparaturen eingestellt. Olaf war jederzeit gut erreichbar und hatte uns sogar auf Wunsch 2 E-Bikes vermietet. Mit Auto ist es ein super Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Rügen. Danke für die gute Zeit, wir werden wiederkommen!"

"A brand new build (we visited 6/2026) to the main Hotel B&B design. Still surrounded by dilapidated ex-dock buildings, the landscaping is unfinished and there are no signs telling you how to get in (its not the dirt track, but further down!) Its a good 20 minute walk in to town, but despite this parking is still chargable, so suggest you check out the neighbouring roads."

"Ein knuffiges Häuschen für 2 -3 Personen, eine super Lage: schnell am Strand (ca. 8 min. zu Fuß), das Restaurant Kranichrast (sehr zu empfehlen) ca. gute 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Häuschen grundsätzlich solide ausgestattet und Zingst Mitte auch in 10-15 min fußläufig erreichbar (inkl. Seebrücke f.f. Hafen etc). Die gesamte Abwicklung mit Vermieter u. Hausdame war perfekt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haus und Zingst."

"A nice place to stay: nice rooms and a super breakfast, but unless you are prepared to pay £70/night to park your car in their underground parking you could have quite a walk back to the hotel (like we did). We hit it lucky, though, because even though we had quite a walk we only had to pay for an hour’s parking as it was 3pm Friday afternoon and after four it’s free until Monday morning. The other disappointment was the horrific stains on the carpets in some of the corridors. The carpets really do need replacing. Apart from that, great."

"Amazing hotel, especially considering the very reasonable price. Central location, but totally quiet. Convenient and free underground parking. Large, modern lounge area with comfortable furniture, as well as enclosed outdoor seating area. Friendly staff. Super dog-friendly, with water bowl and dog biscuits available in reception. Spacious and good-looking rooms, with amazingly comfortable beds, we slept like a dream! Great little kitchen area, complete with complementary drinks in the fridge. Beautiful, large bathroom, and super clean. Carpeted rooms and corridors, so silent when walking around, and soundproofed between rooms, so no noise from outside the room. Considering the amazing hotel, breakfast was a bit disappointing and over-priced at nearly €20/head."
