Newly renovated entire rental unit. Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath, private duplex style home. Sleeps up to 4 (1 queen bed + 1 king bed). Nicely appointed furniture conveniently located less than half a mile from downtown Gettysburg, in the heart of town, close by several restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Just a short ride to major attractions or a nice walk during summer. Enjoy the history of Gettysburg, visit battlefields re-enactments, explore the Seminary, and ghost tours. Close by Gettysburg College for homecoming, graduation, and Family weekend. So much fun to be had! Short drive to Ski Liberty.

Warm and welcoming

The minute we walked through the door there was a warm, cozy and welcoming feeling. The location is perfect, a short walk to the center of town yet just far enough outside did not hear the traffic. I would most definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone I know visiting the area.

Weekend getaway in Gettysburg

Had originally planned on staying with a buddy of mine from the service, he got sick and couldn't make it so I stayed there alone. Plenty to do and see in Gettysburg, the location was within walking distance of the town center.

Convenient to downtown Gettysburg

A very comfortable place to stay in historic downtown Gettysburg so that we could walk to everything except the battlefield itself. Home is as advertised with very nice touches of hospitality: snacks, beverages, toiletries, etc. I would recommend and stay here again.

Lovely weekend in Gettysburg

Spent four days in the Gettysburg area and stayed at this charming apartment. It was clean, welcoming and centrally located. The host sent us a welcome message with a list of things to do while we were there. We really enjoyed out stay and would highly recommend this apartment to others.

Cute little place to stay. Neat and clean with charming amenities. Master bedroom has an attached bath very convenient. Second bath is just steps from the second BR. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Comfortable and cozy ideal two-bedroom

My sister-in-law and I enjoy trips immersing ourselves in history. We stayed at Belle on Buford and couldn't have found a better location and comfortable stay. Kim was responsive when contacted. All appliances and supplied linens are top quality and the furnishings and decor provide an immediate feeling of home. Ideal location, close to battlefield auto tour and downtown tours and dining. I've already let friends who expressed an interest in visiting Gettysburg know that I can recommend this nice VRBO rental!

Clean and convenient!

Very clean, well stocked and great location for walking to things downtown. The only suggestion I have is the bedding could be upgraded to nicer thread count sheets and pillows to make the beds more comfortable. I saw comments about the noisy road out front, but we didn’t fins that to be an issue since the bedrooms are in the back if the house.

Family Time

This is our 2nd time we’ve stayed at Kims 1st floor apt.The apartment is clean & comfortable we feel like we are at our own place. Kim is very easy to work with & usually responds within hours. The apartment is centrally located you can walk to most places, including General Lees house & other parts of the battlefield. We will definitely be back to stay here again when we are back visiting family. Elaine & Glenn S

Birthday weekend

We met our daughter and her boyfriend halfway to celebrate her birthday. So happy we were able to rent Belle on Buford! It is close to all the attractions, making it very easy and quick to get wherever we wanted and needed to go. The apartment is lovely - better than I expected. So much attention to detail from the decorations to everything available in the kitchen and bathrooms. We were able to simply relax and enjoy our weekend. Buford is a busy road, however, because the bedrooms are in the back of the house, the road noise was not an issue at all. We would definitely stay here again.

EXCELLENT RENTL

We've stayed in quite a few vrbo properties this was by far the best. Satin pillow cases, luxurious bath towls, coffee and hot cocoa, all paper products. It had everything you would need without a stop at the grocery store. The owner was wonderful with communicating with us. Its a great location and an night you can see the Luthern Seminary coppala. We had a wonderful trip and would rent this place again in a heartbeat. It is a duplex so if you are a bigger party I'm sure you could rent both and have a 4 bedroom rental. The road was noisy but thats what you get when you rent in the "city".

Comfortable and convient

We booked this property because we needed a handicap accessible unit for my Dad. The apt had a shower stall that coukd be easily stepped into for someone who needs that ( no grab bars or no slip grip in the bottom) and secondv100% handicap accessible bathroom with a bathtub that has a fold down bench. Parking is great. Very short drive to all things Gettysburg that you would want to see. Many free streaming channels for the TV's. Kim had snacks, and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Overall great stay would recommend this.

Exceptional home

Kim was easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly. Check-in was easy. We were pleasantly surprised with how large this house is. It has two bedrooms (we only used one) and two large bathrooms. The house is exactly as pictured. We didn't cook so appreciated the notebook with menus from several restaurants in town, along with Kim's suggestions. The house is cozy with a lot of nice touches throughout. It feels homey and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. We even got to see some fireflies! This house rated exceptional for us as it was exactly as described, had lots of room and it is set up with grab bars and a shower seat so that a person with challenges could enjoy this house as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the were snacks and a bottle of wine (we don't drink so can't comment on that.) There is quite a bit of street noise as it's an older home but you don't hear much in the master bedroom. I highly recommend this house and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Gettysburg! They only provide starter supplies like toilet paper, hand washing soap and a roll of paper towels, so bring some with you. The roll of paper towels was a larger one so it lasted fine. There isn't an ice maker but there are several ice trays which were sufficient for the two of us and we were gone most of the day. Kim is a responsive, exceptional host!

Close to main square

An easy 7 minute walk to main square. Very comfortable apt. Enjoyed our stay there. Slept well. Would recommend this apt.

All the comforts of home

Third time staying, and didn't think possible, but gets better each year. Kim has been a delight to work with, and very gracious in responding at all hours to situations I created. Look forward to staying again next year.

Great Gettysburg Getaway!

We had a fabulous stay at Belle on Buford! Kim was so accommodating and very quick to respond! Our family was up to visit and tour the Gettysburg area. The listing was just as described, but even more room than I had originally thought. Great place to spread out for the family and centrally located in Gettysburg! We highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Gettysburg getaway!

Great host who is very responsive and communicates efficiently and effectively! I made a mistake with the booking the first go around and they were able to quickly fix it for me! Beautiful home that is well stocked, close to everything, walking distance to most places in the area and if you’re there during the 4th of July you’ll have your very over view of the fireworks coming from the park if you sit on the front porch! Check and out was simple and painless! The only negative was the couch was not a sleeper sofa but that was no big deal to us! Great stay and adorable house with great access! The kids loved it and we are excited to visit again some time!

Perfect for Reunion

4 of us stayed here for our college class reunion. We know the area well and this was a very easy walk to campus. we had plenty of space and parking. It was just what we needed.

Lovely graduation weekend stay

This is a great location, very walkable to downtown and Gettysburg College. It was nice to have room for 4 adults to spread out. Plenty of easy off street parking.

Perfect place
