Pretty great
"We had 14 people, ages 7-70, stay at this house the first week of July 2023. The house owner did a great job being accommodating and helpful, there was plenty of space, the beach up the hill was incredible, and it has a delightful porch to hang relax and hang out at night. "The property is much smaller than it appears in the photos. The sofa is very badly stained which is very off putting. A sun umbrella rather than just the base of one on the balcony would have made the stay much more enjoyable"
