"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was drastically different from what we expected. The images online were quite deceptive, and the actual property did not reflect what was advertised. The shower was exceptionally small—even by European standards—which made it nearly impossible for my husband (6’4”) to use comfortably. When we requested alternative accommodations, the staff gave us the runaround and declined our offer to pay extra for a room with a larger shower. We ultimately had to book and pay for another hotel altogether.
That said, one bright spot was Jake in the restaurant—his warm and attentive service truly stood out and is the only reason we rated the hotel slightly higher."
