Prix de l'électricité 40% plus cher que le marché... Bref pas terrible pour le prix. La localisation est juste idéale entre Saint-Malo et le Mont Saint Michel. "

"Gîte avec un bon potentiel mais certains aménagement/équipement sont vraiment fait de "bric et de broc" et de façon amateur (cela fait mal aux yeux d'un ancien du bâtiment). Des coordonnées téléphonique à disposition sur le site de réservation serait plus que souhaitable et éviterait d'avoir à solliciter la centrale. Accès à l'entrée (tassement du terrain ?) n'est franchement pas aisé et la "marche" en marbre ajoutée est scabreuse. Le couchage (lit principal) était correct, mais l'accès par le...

"Having seen this property under renovation for a while, we were curious to see the result, which is pretty impressive. The property includes the hotel, restaurant, roof-top bar, spa, pool, reception rooms, and a large inner courtyard. The design is creative and staff are very professional. Not sure about the use of space in our room, but the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning much appreciated in the summer heat."

"This hotel was perfect for my partner and I because it has a large carpark and is near the ring road. We were driving through France so it was an ideal base to stop in Rennes. We had to get a taxi into the city to explore it, but that was fine for us. It is a clean, well equipped and comfortable hotel and it's great value. The massive shopping centre nearby is a plus, but I would not visit this area of the city if you want to experience the culture and nightlife of Rennes."

"Great hotel in Rennes. Clean, well-appointed, and modern rooms. Very central location near restaurants and shops, and Rennes is a very walkable city. Staff were professional and knowledgeable. Restaurant offered good breakfast spread, but didn’t have chance to have lunch or dinner there. Tiny gym, which was too small to be practical. Spa was nice additional, although it tended to get crowded at times. Overall, I think this is the top hotel in Rennes."
