"Our 25th wedding anniversary at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai was truly the best experience of our lives. My wife and I have traveled all over the world, but nothing comes close to the luxury, comfort, and genuine care we experienced here. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special and welcomed with warmth that felt truly personal. They gave us the best spa day we have ever had and guided us through everything to see and do in Dubai, making every moment effortless and unforgettable. The hotel is beyond stunning, with world-class service, beautiful design, and attention to detail that made us feel like royalty. Every meal and every interaction were filled with kindness and professionalism. I would rate this experience 10 out of 10, and if I could, I would rate it even higher. Thank you to everyone at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray for making our anniversary so memorable. This was more than just a stay, it felt like being part of a family, and we will cherish it forever."

"The hotel itself was very good customer service and amazing housekeeping. The staff was always helpful, the rooms are nice and clean. The only thing I would say we didn’t enjoy was the location. The area is really busy and has a lot of traffic due to construction but other than that the hotel is great. Some great cafes in the area too! "
