"Our favourite hotel of our Europe trip. Located on the Main canal of Ghent we were so close to everything we wanted to see but also just off to the side so it was nice and quiet at night. We loved the unique design and tall ceilings of the building. The room was modern and clean but still had historic charm. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. We didn’t have a view but we faced the courtyard which was nice and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"The Presidential Suite at this hotel (there’s only one) has the most incredible view from a room I’ve ever had in my life. You can see the entire river from both sides of the suite and it’s breathtaking. My Father and I spent quite a bit of time at the windows just taking in the incredible views. The lobby and dining area is luxurious and very spacious, especially for European standards. If you’re lucky enough to have the man from Cyprus as your bartender in the lobby bar, ask for him to make you and Old Fashioned, one of the best I’ve ever had in my life! When you step out the back of the hotel, you’re literally at the river and the hotel has a designated area for you to enjoy drinks and food waterside. I highly recommend this hotel! It’s only a 15-minute drive from the train station. "
