"Wonderful staff on the bar and at breakfast, very helpful and welcoming. Incredibly rude staff on reception, not helpful, didn't communicate charges or help with useful information. Wonderful location, great breakfast, comfortable beds."

"Amazing hotel with the best location in the city and great staff. The room was quirky with the shower and sink on the upper level, seemed cool when we first walked in but became a pain having to walk up and down the stairs as they are badly lit. Also the light switches didn’t make any sense, you have to turn everything on to figure out which one worked. Small inconveniences but great hotel overall. Would go back with a different room."

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Pillows. The hotel was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We also loved the cocktails at the bar — definitely a highlight of our stay! Would happily stay here again."
