Hotel is located next to the autoroute and a couple of mins walk to the l tram to the centre of Ghent. Room was big and clean, and the ongoing renovation works were handled well so didn’t impact our stay. Recommended if you want to explore the city as a stop en route elsewhere.
Great hotel, right next to the Flanders expo where we were visiting and super easy to access via tram. Room was clean, newly decorated and staff very pleasant and friendly.

Hi hotel great location, breakfast excellent. Only room for improvement was the room itself with modern decor like USB plug connections.
Reception staff were good on check in. Hotel however is dirty and out dated

Ghent Expo 2025
The hotel is ideally located and nestled at the Ghent Expo for the Flanders Expo competition. We had showjumping horses in competition and wanted a hotel for family and friends.
Excellent stay, very welcoming reception staff. The lady on reception gave us some local Belgian sweets and we also got free drinks vouchers due to the inconvenience of the construction going on at the hotel. Bit of a pain if you have lots of luggage as the current entrance is down some steep stairs and a bit of a walk from the car park. Car park was free (maybe due to the building works going on?) Our hotel room seemed to have been renovated recently, it was beautiful, very clean and plenty of space for a family of 4. Mini fridge which had 4 bottles of water and 2 chocolate bars, 2 huge TVs and a very comfy sofa bed. The room even had a lovely dining table and 4 chairs.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Very short walk to the tram station and around 25 min trip into Ghent city centre. We would definitely stay again!

Tired and dated, but ok for an overnight stop as right next to motorway. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Parking is a rip off for overnight guests, but car was still there in the morning!

Just OK hotel
out dated hotel. Just enough for a stay and it does where a hotel is made for.
Rooms are old but clean. Location is good next to the E17
The place was perfect for the price. The public transportation (tram) was close (200 m). Easy accession by car, close to the highway. Morning drilling in the building was little annoying. Hallways were worn out, but all was functional.
Staff are the best thing about this hotel. they are friendly, attentive and efficient. The Hotel itself is dated, showing sides of neglect (peeling wallpaper in room etc) and just tired. Its on an industrial estate with lovely views of an Ikea
Reception was great very happy until we saw the very tired room although the bed was quite comfortable, the aircon didn’t work. The Expo had an all day and night rave or drum and base event and it lasted until 4.30 in the morning. Restaurant food and service was poor service had to be requested.
The best thing about the stay was the breakfasts which were bloody good. Access to the tram was very convenient.
The staff super nice and helpful. The train is just a couple of minutes walk away and takes you straight into town. The food and coffee were great. The esthetics of the hotel are on the older side but it was very clean so I did not mind. I think the only negative is the loop driving around to get to the hotel. The signs aren’t the greatest so you may miss it the first time. This is not the hotels fault though so nothing negative really to say about this place.

Staff were great when we arrived at 10pm, checkin was smooth. The hotel has seen better days and just a bit run down tbh. Not much around the local area for breakfast so we opted for theirs, 19 euros per adult (pricey) but kids (i think under 11) are free... very good variety so we started the day well.
Big open air parking but why do you make us pay 7 euros? we're staying the night!
For one night, it's close to the beautiful ghent and reasonably priced but i wouldn't stay there for longer... needs a revamp!

Could be much better
Standard. Entrance is good but rooms had several mosquitos and they are meant to be elimanatee before guests arrive. Instead we got told if had informed them they could have used treatmemt to try n get rid off them but was too late as we arrived past midnight for 1 night. No compensation given
I,m sure the hotel is normally great but they are undergoing some significant renovations at the moment so the bar and restaurant are a little makeshift. Really nice staff though and super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again when all the work is completed.
