"Sehr schön. Sehr schöner Blick von der großen Terrasse auf den See, abends besonders schön, wenn die Lichter in Stresa oder auf der anderen Seite in Baveno leuchten. Der Strand ist nicht eit weg, vielleicht 15-20 min zu Fuß. Es ist abgeschlossenes Gelände. Das kann man auf einem zur Wohnung gehörigen überdachten Parkplatz abstellen. "Die Wohnung ist schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Mit Hund ist es gut mit dem eingezäunten Garten, allerdings wenig " Gassi gehen" Möglichkeit fussläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Uns persönlich war die Lage etwas zu abseits, da man um in die Stadt oder die Natur zu gelangen oder einfach frische Brötchen zum Frühstück haben möchte immer das Auto braucht. "Ankomsten til lejligheden og mødet med kontaktpersonen virkede meget hektisk og kaotisk. I annoncen står der intet om, at området er meget kuperet. Det er ca 600 m oppe og der er meget stejlt. Det smme gjorde sig gældende når man skulle til poolen - det var så kun 300 m, men meget stejlt. Begge dele kunne vi godt tænke os havde stået i annoncen. "Im Vorfeld hatten wir der Agentur eine späte Ankunft angekündigt aber die kettenrauchende Haushälterin die zwar ausgesprochen freundlich war und im Untergeschoss wohnt war nicht informiert und spricht wirklich nur italienisch sonst keine Verständigung möglich. Das Hauptproblem ist der stete Zigarettengeruch der in der Wohnung hängt und über den Hausflur und die Fenster im UG hochkommen. Die früheren Eigentümer müssen auch starke Raucher gewesen sein. Das hat uns den Aufenthalt wirklich vermiest....
