"Check-in was smooth, room was clean with hot water and a good mattress. Tv and AC were not properly functioning. Bathroom was tiled and satisfactory however since the room door and windows arent noise proof you can hear street cars and corridor noise well past midnight. Thankfully, my stay was majority prior to Eid so the annoyance was manageable. Towels had a stain and so did bedding sheet however since they were washed i didnt complain. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Offto. Its location was quiet, yet accessible to the local village. We cannot praise enough the staff at Offto, as everything we requested was attended to immediately. We had a clean upper accommodation with a grand view of the mountains. A bit of an uphill walk, but a driver was available day and night to drive us to the upper level. The food was excellent..bravo to the chef! The only suggestions we recommend the owners to consider is in-room air-conditioning due to climate change, and a small refrigerator in the room. It was unusually hot in Hunza and a/c would have been appreciated. We highly recommend Offto for your next trip to Hunza. "
