And we got great service from the receptionists during the say, including a referral to a great tour of the volcano—and a reservation at the private beach club just down the street (where we passed the day between our morning check-out and the late-day shuttle to the airport). "Overall a great stay for the price. Saying it’s a 4 star hotel is a bit of a stretch. There was a tiny hole in the ceiling and water damage on some of the floor but the balcony with a view was great. The beach is fantastic and the breakfast is great. Everything gets charged to your room onsite so lunch, dinner, drinks, snacks which is really nice."
