"buongiorno,ho fatto presente che siamo entrambi disabili,ma non ci ĆØ stato detto che la camera era raggiungibile da una scala a chiocciola strettissima, quindi quasi impossibile da raggiungere, tanto che siamo andati via con un giorno di anticipo.Inoltre la stanza era veramente sporca, capelli e polvere nel bagno ( mi sono dovuto mettere io a pulirlo) il letto in condizioni pietose con macchie di origine sconosciuta... insomma un vero incubo.Non discuto la proprietaria abbastanza gentile,ma...

"The communication for check in was very smooth. The owner was super nice and understanding for the late arrival. The house was gorgeous and I got to chose the suites. The room was spacious and had every thing essentials. The decor was classy. The parking spot in front of the house was available during low season so it was very convenient. "I think parking and towels should be included in the price. Parking on the street was crazy and not necessary. We should not have to think about towels on vacation. Julia, Maria and Pietro at the front desk were welcoming and so helpful with suggestions. They all went above and beyond with detailed directions parking, costs for parking, timing for crowds and great dinner options. I would gladly return and recommend it to family and friends. Some suggestions for breakfast are adding homefries and rotating selections for American type of breakfast. Please add screens to eliminate flies at breakfast and having better snack options for during day and dinner time. All and all we love Hotel Florida!!! Millie Grazie!!šŸ˜Š"
