"I was in town for a funeral. I had flown in on a very early flight after rising at 2 am to get to the airport on time. I was travelling with my 87 year old mom and my husband who is in poor health. Both my sons missed the flight. It was a long and stressful trip to St. Albert. I asked for early check in for even 1 of the 3 rooms, so they could both access the room early to rest. The hotel was fully booked, so could not accommodate. BUT, then Nette called and said they had a room cleaned early and we could come and rest in it anytime after 1 pm. That was a God send. At that moment, we were parked in a mall parking lot sleeping in our rental car. Nette and the rest of the staff were above and beyond helpful and sympathetic and deserve a raise."

They have a big and spacious parking area, the rooms are big and very clean, and the shower pressure was reallygood, which is something I have found to be a reoccurrent problem in some other hotels. The staff was very polite and helpful. They served complimentary breakfast but I didn't get to it, so I can't comment on that. My overall experience was excellent. "

It was very big with lots of space to put our bags and excellent surface areas for phones, computers, drinks, etc. the hotel was extremely quiet. Parking was great for loading and unloading our car.
