The pet fee was $15, which is a little cheaper than other hotels. Offered a nice breakfast: breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, yogurt cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juice, coffee. We stay here often as a stopping point between Minneapolis and Indianapolis (where we have family). It's a nice little town to checkout as well.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. It looked like I was the first person to ever use the room!!
I was a little put off by the area around the hotel. It gave me an uncomfortable feeling and I always trust my first impressions. There seemed to be quite a few people "lingering" around on the back side of the property. However, I do not know whether they were guests or not, so I can't fault LA Quinta Inn for that.

So, I arrived in tears at this hotel late on Friday night.I'd unexpectedly spent the entire evening in the ER with a kidney stone, could find a 24-hour pharmacy anywhere, and even though it's easy to find, my GPS decided to lose its mind that night and what should have been a three-minute drive took an hour. The front desk clerk (I'm pretty sure her name was Shay) was so incredibly kind. She went above and beyond to help me, even calling one of her friends to see if he could help. I was so...
