"We loved the property! And staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the breakfast service crew, room/bed very comfortable, lots of outlets for recharging comm devices. Courtesy iPad provided a nice touch. Couple points of feedback: hot tub tile was dirty; not enough drawer space for two people to unpack clothing."

"Nice property in cool spot. Highlight for sure was rooftop bar. Our first room had air conditioner that was so loud we didn’t sleep first night. Next day staff kindly moved us to another room. Property is nice with comfortable bed. Rooms are small but cozy. All staff was friendly and helpful. A little Expensive for where it is Dow town but still nice. "

"The staff here are really friendly, well-trained, and proactive. We only needed to hint we were looking for something and they stepped out of their way to make us happy. We did a lot of walking in the area. There was lots of shopping and dining options. Our tours picked us up right in front of the hotel. I am sorry we took your bed apart to find out who made the mattress it was so comfortable. I hope housekeeping was not too upset with us."
