Pull out bed was great for travelling with children. We slept with a window open for fresh air and some nights were louder than others outside , but we came with ear plugs anticipating street noise. "Best location especially if you enjoy walking places. 5 minutes to Granville Island sea bus. 15-20 minutes to Yaletown. 20 minutes to Coal Harbour and 15-20 minutes to English Bay. Someplace interesting in each of 4 directions with lots to see and great restaurants."

"Lovely little private room with en suite. Comfortable bed, a mini fridge for snacks, coffee maker, kettle, TV with streaming services. Care and thought was put into this - it’s not just someone’s basement. Just as lovely as a 4 star hotel room with gorgeous windows that give you a view of the surrounding forests. Quiet and enjoyable, very clean. Hosts were conscientious."

"Arrival process was a bit confusing but I will give a pass on that as we were early and was told that they were still cleaning at 2pm for a 4pm check in. We arrived to a dirty, dusty filthy apartment that was not even close to livable. I have photos, wish I could post. Urine stains on the wall, insect remains (lots) in the floor and window jams. Dusty and honestly difficult to breath as the dust and mold was overwhelming. Completely not as described. The worst place I have ever rented. They...

"The apartment was spotlessly clean. Easy walk or bus transport to everywhere we needed to go. Walking distance to restaurants. There’s a supermarket just a few blocks away. I had a view of sunset beach from the dining table when eating breakfast, so that was nice. We received very detailed check in instructions from the host, so check in was a breeze. When we were in the apartment, we couldn’t figure out how to lock the door from the inside. I contacted the host about this but he didn’t answer...

"The host is courteous and responsive, and access instructions are complete and clear. We enjoyed the loft bedroom and the floor-to-ceiling wall of windows that it faces. The space is nicely appointed. It’s in an extremely walkable location: Almost everything we intended to do, we were able to do just walking. The only downside, if you’re driving, is that you have to stop your car somewhere nearby to let yourself in before you can access the garage, Given the parking situation in downtown...

"Best location! Edge of Yaletown (lots of restaurants and green grocers). Quick walk to water taxi to Granville Island. 1 mile walk approx to downtown waterfront. Breathtaking views! Building site directly next door - so no sleeping in as the noise interferes. Noise did not affect us."

"The unit was clean, in a great location, with everything we needed. Conflicting instructions for access to the unit provided by the property manager made it confusing. The unit door only opens with the "August" app, connected by Bluetooth. One day there was some interference, and it took about 5 minutes to get the door unlocked. The key fob inside the unit is only used to open the street-level front door, and operate the elevator. No button pressing required, but that was not explained either."

"There were 7 women in our group spread among the 3 rooftop penthouse units. It was a perfect layout- plenty of room to gather in the largest outdoor deck and also allowed for retreating to each of the units for quiet time. The kitchens were well stocked with essentials. Ashley and Iman were very accommodating and welcomed us with treats and wine. They went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The building is in an excellent location and felt very secure. Thank you so much!"

"The Picture of the deck shows a BBQ which I was looking forward to using but there is no BBQ. The welcome book should be updated with WIFI login information, it took us a while to discover that the new info was in a picture frame on a table."
