"The windows were filthy. We love to let the sunshine in, but the vertical blinds were damaged, and the windows were so dirty, it was depressing seeing them. The hinges on the cabinet doors in the bathroom were either completely pulled out, or needing to be tightened. There were wood fence scraps and excess cable in a pile on the small patio we had hoped to sit on. The VRBO amount for our stay was increased after the confirmation had been made, the host was not helpful in remedying it."

"Most disappointing was that for a 3 night stay there were only 3 K-Cups for coffee. I normally like 2-3 cups per day. And no decaf or tea for people who may want that. When I travel by Uber it's not convenient to run to the store for a box of K-Cups which I may only use a few of, and leave the rest behind. Also, no tissue boxes. Would be cheap and easy to have a couple around the house especially during allergy season"
